When you become Vigee’s member, it means that you accept all the contents of this “T&C” in detail. We do not bear any responsibility when the following situation occurs.

We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate, complete or current. 

Return and Exchange

  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

  • Sales item(s) will not be accepted for returns or exchange. 

  • Seven (7) days return period upon receiving date of your parcel.

  • We do not accept exchange or returns for all the accessories including bags, earrings and lingerie. 

  • All the shipping fees due to the exchange of the products shall be borne by the customer requesting for an exchange. We will encourage you to use a reliable courier with a tracking number.

  • Vigee’s will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

  • All items shall only be exchanged once.

  • Size exchange for products that have the same design shall only be done after we have received your exchanging item (subject to availability of stock).

  • Exchange processing may take up to 30 to 45 days from the receiving date and shall be dependent on the volume of returns.

  • We reserve the final right to reject your returned goods if they do not comply with our exchange policy. For more information on returns, kindly direct message to our Instagram @vigee_s or email to [email protected]

  • All of the returned purchased item(s) are not entitled to any cash refund, only size exchange of the same design item(s) are allowed.

  • The Colour of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in image illustrated products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason are not allowed and will be charged a processing fee.

  • There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare them with your existing dresses for the best fit.   • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

            Faulty items 

  • If you have received a faulty item please contact us via direct message to Vigee’s Instagram @vigee_s with supporting images and send them back to us within 7 days upon receiving date. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. 


  • Vigees shall not be liable for any costs, liabilities, losses, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  • We do not bear any costs if delivery or collection is not successful or delayed due to your failure to accept the scheduled delivery

  • Vigee’s will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.


Orders and Payments

  • Orders shall only be confirmed and item(s) be reserved upon successful payment received by us.

Refund Policy

  • Any funds (balance & refund) will be credited to the store credit which can be kept for the next purchase. Store credits have no expiry date.

  • Cash refund transaction is only by request and will only be approved if the item is out of stock without prior notice.

  • Payment is accidentally made twice.

  • Refunds take approximately 14 days to process.
