Exchange and Return Policy


  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!

  • Sales item(s) will not be accepted for returns or exchange. 

  • All refunds are available via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND only (NO CASH REFUND). 

  • Three (3) days return period upon receiving date of your parcel.

  • We do not accept exchange or returns for all the accessories including bags, earrings and lingerie. 

  • All the shipping fees due to the exchange of the products shall be borne by the customer requesting an exchange. We will encourage you to use a reliable courier with a tracking number.

  • Vigee’s will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

  • All items shall only be exchanged once.
