Delivery & Shipping Policy

  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia and Singapore. Street names and POS codes must be correct and accurate.
  2. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  3. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for the next deliveries or pick up.
  4. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  5. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  6. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia and Singapore. 

 

Shipping Charges

  1. A standard shipping & handling fee of RM8.00 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM18 (Sabah & Sarawak) for every transaction unless otherwise stated.  * (the fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice).
  2. Delivery is FREE for orders above RM180 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM280 (Sabah & Sarawak).
  3. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
  4. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier (Pgeon/J&T/DHL/EMS/Aramex/Teleport/SF Express/PosLaju/ABX Express) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Delivery Lead Time

  1. Confirmed orders with all ready stock items will be processed within the next two (2) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  2. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1 - 4 business working days.*
  • Sabah & Sarawak : 7 - 14 business working days.*

*subject to courier service’s changes.

 

Sales, Promotions & Festive Periods

  1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take a longer time.
